Q: How do I get one?

A: We are just starting up our business here in Bloomington, IN. We run it out of our home, with just me, Amanda, and an old Singer sewing machine. Leashes are hand made, one at a time, from materials we order from a vendor. To purchase a Tacticool Dog Sling email us a Tacticool.Dog.Sling@gmail.com so that we can get your info, your color preferences, and talk about your needs for you and your dog. We will also work out a payment and delivery method. 

Q: How much does a Tacticool Dog Sling cost? 

A: Our current configuration MK3 goes for $20 plus shipping/handling (if you're not local). After you email us, we might work out other design changes you might want or desire to best suit you and your dog's particular needs. 

Q: How do I pay for my Tacticool Dog Sling?

A: We use PayPal as our primary payment service.  We will accept checks and money orders as well.  If you are local cash on delivery will work. If you are out of state or not local, we will ship to you directly.  Any additional shipping costs will be worked out via email.

Q: How do I use my Tacticool Dog Sling?

A: Here's the bonus of being local: We will give you one on one training on how to use and adjust your Tacticool Dog Sling. This is free of any charge, simply because we want to do all that we can to enrich your experience for you, your dog, and your new TDS. If you are not local, we can work something out via Skype or Facetime to show you how to use your TDS. 

Q: What if I want to walk multiple dogs with my Tacticool Dog Sling? 

A: We are currently developing a multi-dog extension for our MK3 Tacticool Dog Sling. We hope to unveil it very soon. This will be an additional cost which can be worked out via email. 

Q: What if I have any problems with my Tacticool Dog Sling?

A: By all means, contact us immediately. We fully stand behind our work. We want nothing but the best for you and your dog. The TDS is in a continuous state of improvement. If you encounter a problem or issue with your TDS, we want to know about it so we can make it right and improve our design for the future. 

Q: What if the Tacticool Dog Sling sees major improvements? Can I get upgraded?

A: As of right now, Yes! We just performed an upgrade on a previous customer's TDS MK2. Any associated costs for an upgrade will be communicated via email or phone prior to the upgrade.
